Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute facilities. In this onsite role, you will evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.

You will deliver evidence-based interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, cognition, and safety, document in EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while educating families and caregivers.
