Job summary

Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNA/CNA-I) to join our nursing team on our private campus in Parkville, MD. We offer competitive wages ($17.50–$21.86/hr) with shift differentials, in-house CMT training or financial support for off-site training, comprehensive benefits, and a stable, travel-free work environment on site.

Location: Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living

Oak Crest by Erickson Senior Living, a “Best Place to Work” award-winner, has immediate, multiple openings on our Nursing Team for Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNA/CNA-I).

Are you interested in obtaining a Certified Med-Tech (CMT)? Ask us about it! We can provide you with in‑house training or financial support for an off‑site training center, leading to a promotion with Oak Crest!

Compensation: commensurate for experience between $17.50 - $21.86 hourly, alongside applicable shift differential earnings.

Shift differentials include:

$3.00 hourly for evening shifts (3:00pm - 11:30pm, Mondays through Fridays)

$1.00 hourly for night shifts (11:00pm - 7:30am, Mondays through Fridays)

$2.00 hourly on weekends (all shifts)
