Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring CNAs certified as CNA-I/GNA or CNA-II and a CMT. Care Associates support residents in daily living with person-centered care and medication administration within a gated retirement community.

We offer onsite medical centers, education and certification support, 401k matching, parking, and comprehensive benefits. Compensation ranges $18.50–$23.36 per hour with shift differentials and weekend premiums.

Qualifications

• Current CNA-I/CNA-II certification is required.
• Current CM-T (CMT) certification is required.
• 1-2 years of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in activities of daily living with person-centered care.
• Assist residents with daily routines and personal care plans.
• Implement residents' care plans honoring preferences and routines.
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address resident needs promptly.
• Assist with medication administration to residents.

Job description

Location: Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living We are hiring personnel who are certified as both a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA-I/GNA or CNA-II) and a CMT (Certified Medicine Technician). Our Care Associates support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our residents needs.

Compensation: commensurate for experience between $18.50 - $23.36 hourly, alongside applicable shift differential earnings listed below.

Shift differentials include:

• $1.00 hourly for evening and night shift (Weekdays).
• $2.00 hourly on weekends (all shifts).

Help people live better lives by:

• Supporting the residents physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Administration of medication to residents

What you will need:

• Current CNA-I/CNA-II certification for Maryland
• Current CM-T certification for Maryland
• 1-2 years of CNA/GNA experience preferred
• 1-2 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
