Job summary

Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living in Parkville, MD seeks certified GNA/CNA-I and CM-T professionals to support residents with daily living and personalized care. Responsibilities include administering medications, aiding activities, coordinating with the clinical team, and delivering compassionate, resident-centered care within a gated retirement community.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are hiring personnel who are certified as both a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (CNA-I) and a CMT (Certified Medicine Technician). Our Care Associates support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our residents needs.

Compensation: commensurate for experience between $19.00 - $23.36 hourly, alongside applicable shift differential earnings listed below.

Shift differentials include:

• $1.00 hourly for evening and night shift (Weekdays).
• $2.00 hourly on weekends (all shifts).

Help people live better lives by:

• Supporting the residents physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Administration of medication to residents
