Job summary

Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNA/CNA-I) on our nursing team. We offer in-house training or financial support for off-site training, leading to a promotion within Oak Crest.

Qualifications

• GNA (Geriatric Nursing Assistant, CNA-I) certification is required.
• 1-2 years of experience preferred.
• A passion for caring for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Perform appropriate nursing tasks per individual care plans.
• Administer medications (CMTs only).
• Provide companionship, comfort, and help with activities of daily living.
• Escort residents to appointments and activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.

Location: Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living Oak Crest by Erickson Senior Living, a “Best Place to Work” award-winner, has immediate, multiple openings on our Nursing Team for Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNA/CNA-I). Are you interested in obtaining a Certified Med-Tech (CMT)? Ask us about it! We can provide you with in-house training or financial support for an off-site training center, leading to a promotion with Oak Crest! Compensation: commensurate for experience between $17.50 - $21.86 hourly, alongside applicable shift differential earnings.

Shift differentials include:

• $3.00 hourly for evening shifts (3:00pm - 11:30pm, Mondays through Fridays)
• $1.00 hourly for night shifts (11:00pm - 7:30am, Mondays through Fridays)
• $2.00 hourly on weekends (all shifts)
