Job summary

AlignMed Partners in Jersey Shore, PA seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents. The Advanced Practice Provider works with the Center Leadership and Medical Director to meet center goals and deliver high-quality care.

Requirements include MSN with Older Adult or Family NP concentration, RN license, NP certification, and 2+ years of geriatric care. DEA eligibility where required. Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; licensed RN; certified NP with MSN and FNP/Older Adult concentration
• Minimum of two years' experience with adults/geriatric population
• APRN with unrestricted license and DEA where applicable
