Qualifications

• Must be a licensed nurse practitioner or physician assistant.

• Two years of experience with adult or geriatric population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and Center Leadership.
• Report to the Director of Clinical Practice.
