Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner for the Jersey Shore Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Jersey Shore, PA. The AP Provider delivers primary and urgent care to residents and collaborates with leadership and the Medical Director on patient care.

The posted salary range is USD 110,000.00–130,000.00 per year, with a no-cap incentive program and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, CME support and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and licensed as an RN.
• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with MSN in Older Adult or Family NP.
• Active DEA license for states where practice occurs.
• Minimum two years of adult/geriatric clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director on patient care.
