Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is assisting a Skilled Nursing Facility in Atco, NJ to locate a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary and post-acute geriatric care.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no call, no nights, and no weekends, plus 4 weeks of PTO and 1 week CME. Full benefits are included, along with a collaborative, team-based work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and provide geriatric primary and post-acute care.
• Full-time schedule with Monday–Friday; no call, no nights, and no weekends.
• Includes full benefits (health, dental, vision, and more) and CME time.
• 4 weeks PTO + 1 week CME.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary and post-acute care to geriatric patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Administer provider-level direct patient care services.
