Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and urgent care to nursing center residents at the Ballenger Creek Center in Frederick, MD. New grads welcome; a Master's in Nursing and licensure as NP/PA are required.

Qualifications

• AP Provider must be NP or PA with required licenses and a Master’s in Nursing.
• Two years of experience with adults/geriatrics preferred.
• State licensure with DEA in each practicing state; ARC-PA PA program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents with other clinicians.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership, Medical Director, and Attending Physician.
• Support AlignMed Partners’ mission and ensure high-quality patient care and documentation.
