Job summary
AlignMed Partners is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our Gettysburg Center in PA. The role delivers primary and urgent care to nursing center residents, with no on-call weekends and no new grad PA; new grad NPs welcome.
You will collaborate with Center Leadership and the Medical Director to meet center goals, participate in a no-cap incentive program, and provide high-quality healthcare with a focus on compassionate patient care in a post-acute, long-term
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program and licensed RN.
- NP with Master's in Older Adult/Family NP and state licensure.
- PA graduate with ARC-PA program and PANCE; DEA for practice states.
- Minimum two years of adult/geriatric clinical experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
- Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director on goals.
- Work with other providers to deliver high quality care and documentation.
