AlignMed Partners is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our Ballenger Creek Center in Frederick, MD. The role provides primary and urgent care to nursing center residents, working with the Center Leadership and Medical Director to meet center goals.

New grads welcome; requires NP or PA certification and state licensure; RN background with Nursing Master's and geriatric focus preferred. Compensation includes a base salary $115k-$125k plus an incentive program.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and licensed as a registered nurse.
• Nurse Practitioner must be certified with a Master's in Nursing and focus on Older Adult and/or Family NP track.
• PA must be ARC-PA accredited and pass the PANCE for PAC designation.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate on-site with Center Leadership and Medical Director for patient care.
