Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider at our Laureldale Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Laureldale, PA. This role can be filled by a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with at least 1 year of provider experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; licensed registered nurse

• PA: ARC-PA-accredited program and PANCE; PA licensure and NCCPA certification
