Job summary

AlignMed Partners seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for a full-time float role across three Baltimore, MD centers. You will deliver primary and urgent care to nursing center residents, collaborating with center leadership and the medical director to meet patient needs.

The role requires NP or PA credentials with applicable state licensure and experience in geriatrics; competitive base salary 115k–125k with incentive program.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; RN licensed; MSN with Older Adult or FNP concentration.
• PA must graduate from ARC-PA accredited program and obtain PANCE; state license and NCCPA certification.
• Minimum two years of adult/geriatric clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director on patient care.
