Job summary

360care seeks a compassionate Optometrist to provide mobile eye care to residents in senior care facilities. Responsibilities include performing eye examinations, diagnosing ocular conditions, and prescribing appropriate lenses.

You’ll travel to facilities and work with our team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. As a 1099 independent contractor, you’ll enjoy a flexible schedule and support from our logistics and care coordination teams.

Qualifications

• Eye exams conducted with mobile Optometric equipment.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on vision and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Travel to skilled nursing and long term care facilities.
• Conduct Eye Exams with mobile Optometric equipment and interpret diagnostic results.
• Diagnose and treat ocular diseases.
• Prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses.
• Recommend follow up care and treatments.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on vision and optical protocols and concerns.
• Deliver excellent patient service through interactions.
