Curana Health is seeking dedicated physicians to redefine senior care. As a primary physician in our on-site and partner facilities, you will deliver compassionate, proactive, and coordinated care to older adults, improving health, dignity, and quality of life.

Travel to multiple facilities is required; the role offers competitive compensation, benefits, CME support, and opportunities for leadership, professional growth, and meaningful impact in senior living communities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
• DEA Certification and current BLS/ACLS certification.
• Proficiency in EMR systems and timely documentation practices.
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills, with a commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and manage ongoing care for established patients in your facilities.
• Deliver direct patient care through full assessments, chronic condition management, preventive services, and acute issue management.
• Stay connected with residents through routine rounds and ensure continuity of care.
• Lead care collaboration with facility staff, family members, and interdisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR while upholding policies and regulatory standards.
• Educate residents and families on preventive care and available resources to promote independence.
• Drive quality outcomes by participating in quality improvement initiatives and using performance data.
