Curana Health is seeking a mission-driven physician to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will be a trusted clinical leader for your patients and a mentor to APPs, while enjoying a level of flexibility and independence that's rare in medicine today.

This role requires travel between facilities, offering meaningful, complex geriatric care, supportive teams, and leadership opportunities with CME support.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice in the state of employment; active DEA license.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Compassionate, motivated, and a strong collaborator.

Aufgaben

• Provide history and physicals on new patients; conduct rounds (minimum once per week).
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage regulatory and complex patient visits.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor the team to elevate care delivery.
• Close quality gaps and drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and represent Curana Health's mission in the communities served.
