Curana Health, Inc. is seeking physicians to join a mission-driven team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.

You will enjoy flexibility, autonomy in scheduling, and meaningful leadership opportunities while maintaining patient-focused practice. Medical Directorship opportunities are available, with leadership roles aimed at improving care quality and outcomes across facilities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA License.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Compassionate, motivated, and a strong collaborator.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.
• Complete history and physicals on new patients and conduct routine rounds (minimum weekly).
• Partner with APPs to manage regulatory and complex visits; ensure clinical excellence.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor the care team.
• Close quality gaps and drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Represent Curana Health’s mission and values as a clinical leader in the communities served.
