Job summary

Curana Health is seeking a mission-driven physician to serve residents in skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will deliver high-quality, person-centered care, mentor APPs, and build strong relationships with facility staff to improve health outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA License.
• Proficiency with EMR.
• Willingness to travel between facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide history and physicals on new patients and conduct routine rounds at least weekly.
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage regulatory and complex patient visits.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor care delivery across the team.
• Close quality gaps to drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and represent Curana Health’s mission in communities.
• Represent Curana Health as a clinical leader and ambassador in assigned facilities.
