Job summary

Curana Health is seeking a physician to provide high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will be a trusted clinical leader, mentoring APPs and advocating for residents, while enjoying flexibility and autonomy uncommon in traditional practice.

The role offers full-time or part-time schedules with the ability to influence patient care trajectories, improve outcomes, and participate in a forward-thinking value-based care model.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA license.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Compassionate, motivated, and a strong collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.
• Be a trusted clinical leader for your patients and a mentor to APPs.
• Oversee APP performance and elevate care delivery across your team.
• Close quality gaps and drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
• Represent Curana Health’s mission and values as a clinical leader in the communities you serve.

Education
