PACE SEMI in Dearborn, MI seeks a Physician-in-Charge to lead medical care for participants onsite. You will supervise APPs, oversee utilization, and ensure adherence to CMS standards while guiding clinical practices for chronic disease management.

The role requires licensure to practice in Michigan, board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice, and at least one year working with frail elderly populations.

Qualifications

• Must be a Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy with Michigan licensure.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
• At least one year of experience with frail or elderly populations.
• CMS competencies required before independent practice.
• Immunizations up to date and cleared for communicable diseases.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical oversight of APPs at the assigned site.
• Oversee utilization, authorizations and PEND reports; implement clinical guidelines.
• Lead infection control and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Clinic Manager to improve clinic flow and care delivery.
• Participate in National PACE Association committees as appointed.
