Job summary

PACE Southeast Michigan is seeking a Physician-in-Charge (PIC) to provide medical leadership for SEMI participants. The PIC reports to the Medical Director and oversees APPs, with responsibility for medical evaluation, care planning, and adherence to CMS standards.

You will lead an interdisciplinary team, participate in IDT activities, and ensure high-quality geriatric care, including end-of-life discussions, while guiding clinical practice and maintaining Michigan licensure.

Qualifications

• Licensed medical doctor (MD) or DO with Michigan license.
• Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
• Recent geriatrics experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of APPs and supervise care delivery.
• Lead Medical Director collaboration and IDT activities.
• Ensure quality, CMS-compliant care and documentation.
