Ascension Living PACE Michigan in Flint, MI is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine physician with geriatrics fellowship preferred. This employed role operates within a nonprofit health system and focuses on outpatient clinic care with occasional hospital rounding and possible home visits.

The position offers a stable team environment including two other physicians and three APPs, with a 1:6 call schedule and a CME allowance.

Qualificações

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Geriatrics fellowship preferred
• Eligible for state medical license and DEA registration
• Physician MD/DO required

Responsabilidades

• Provide internal medicine care in outpatient clinic settings
• May round on patients at local hospital(s)
• Occasional home visits as needed
• Participate in a team-based, interdisciplinary care model
