1 Care Partners is seeking a Medical Director/Attending for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Richmond, VA. You will lead medical care, assess residents, and coordinate with nurses and therapists to deliver high-quality geriatric care.

Competenze

• MD or DO license valid in Virginia.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility or geriatric medicine preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.

Mansioni

• Perform comprehensive medical assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Diagnose, manage, and treat acute and chronic conditions in residents.
• Provide ongoing monitoring and follow-up care for SNF residents.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists and staff to improve patient outcomes.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on disease management and preventive care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and proper documentation.
• Offer clinical guidance to Nurse Practitioners and allied staff.
