Rockville Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a dynamic team in a Skilled Nursing facility. The role requires an active NY LPN license, the ability to evaluate and treat independently, and a willingness to work alternating weekends.

Responsibilities include medication administration (including IVs), vital signs, patient care, resident education, and collaboration with physicians and families. Supervisory duties for CNAs are also possible. Competitive benefits apply.

• Administer medications, including IVs
• Take and record vital signs
