Rockville Center is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing facility. The role involves nursing care for geriatric residents, including medication administration, vital signs, and care planning, with supervision of CNAs. Candidates must hold a NY LPN license and be able to work alternating weekends.

Shifts run 7AM-3PM, on-site, with competitive wages and standard benefits. This is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Competenze

• Current LPN license in NY.
• Alternate Weekends required.

Mansioni

• Provide care for residents in Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care Units.
• Administer medications including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and monitor outcomes.
• Educate residents and families.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other health professionals.
• Supervise CNAs.
