Job summary

Rockville Center, a Skilled Nursing facility, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team. You will provide care for residents on our SNF and Long Term Care units, administer medications (including IVs), monitor vital signs, and educate residents and families.

Requirements include current NY LPN license, ability to work alternating weekends, and strong communication with physicians, NPs, and CNAs.
