Job summary

Senior Care Therapy, LLC seeks Licensed Professional Counselors to provide in-person psychotherapy to the geriatric population in SNFs across NJ, NY, PA, and MD. SCT handles billing, credentialing, and pre-certifications so you can focus on clinical care.

We offer 32/40-hour weeks, a salary range of $56,000-$90,000, sign-on bonus up to $6,000 for full-time, plus full benefits and career development through SCT University.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPC license in the state where applying.
• Excellent English communication, both oral and written.
• Experience with EHR systems and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions in subacute or skilled nursing facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional/behavioral health conditions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in an EHR.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
