Job summary

Senior Care Therapy, LLC in Lower Merion Township, PA seeks Licensed Professional Counselor to provide in-person psychotherapy in geriatric settings. Establishes treatment plans, collaborates with facility teams, and handles administrative tasks to ensure high-quality care.

SCT offers 32- or 40-hour weeks, salary 56k–90k with a sign-on bonus up to 6k, and robust benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), and malpractice insurance.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of application.
• Excellent English communication, both oral and written.
• Proficient with electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, regulatory aware.
• Ability to provide in-person services at facilities, up to 45 minutes.
• Able to move between patient rooms and offices.
• Vaccination and booster may be required in some facilities.
• Experience in subacute/long-term geriatric care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in a subacute or skilled nursing facility.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in an EHR.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
