• Able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and/or 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Prepares meals, desserts and snacks per posted menu; follows dietary needs.
• Serves meals that are palatable and presentable.
• Maintains clean, organized, sanitized work area.
• Knows health code requirements for food storage and temperatures.
• Estimates and prepares food supplies for serving portions.
• Maintains a safe, clean, respectful work environment.
• Attends and participates in continuing educational programs.
