• Keeps work area clean, organized and sanitized; may wash pots and pans.
• Adheres to health code requirements for food storage and temperature control; maintains records.
• Estimates and prepares food supplies to meet serving portions.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and respectable work environment.
• Attends and participates in continuing educational programs.
