InnovAge is seeking an RN Clinic Supervisor to lead our clinic operations in Lakewood. You will supervise staff, coordinate care, and ensure compliance with licensing and accreditation standards while working with therapy, physicians, and administrative teams.

This role requires a BSN, active RN license, 5+ years of nursing experience and at least 2 years in supervision. The position offers comprehensive benefits and salary range of $103,300 to $134,400 per year.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is required.
• Current State Licensure as Registered Nurse.
• First Aid and BLS certifications required before hire.
• Minimum 5+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• At least 2 years supervisory or management experience.
• Experience working with frail or elderly population preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage clinic staff and provide leadership guidance.
• Oversee appointment bookings, triage and gate keeping with care teams.
• Observe, record, and report participant conditions and responses to treatments.
• Coordinate participant care with outside providers and services.
• Ensure proper records, documentation, and compliance with policies.
• Participate in committees and interdisciplinary team meetings.
