Job summary

InnovAge Holding Corp. is seeking a Clinic RN to provide skilled nursing care to participants in a patient-centered setting.

The role includes administering medications, implementing physician orders, educating participants, and coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team in a Florida clinic. The ideal candidate will possess an active RN license, BLS/First Aid certification, and at least one year of experience caring for the frail or elderly.

Qualifications

• Current State issued Registered Nurse License.
• Current First Aid and BLS certifications are required prior to hire (American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross).
• 1+ year working with the frail or elderly.

Responsibilities

• Assists in examination, testing, and treatment of participants.
• Implements orders written by primary care providers.
• Triages participant and staff phone calls to determine priority of care.
• Schedules outside appointments for participants when necessary.
• Administers prescribed medications and teaches self-administration to participants.
