Innovative Integrated Health, Inc. in California is seeking a Clinic RN Manager to oversee daily operations of the primary care clinic and nursing department under the Director of Nursing. You will supervise clinical staff, coordinate scheduling, and ensure efficient patient care.

The role emphasizes quality improvement, compliance with DHCS and CMS, staff development, and reliable on-site leadership to support inter-disciplinary teams and patient safety.

Qualificações

• Minimum of three (3) years of health care experience with emphasis in geriatrics strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of documented experience in Primary Care Clinic or similar setting.
• Current California Registered Nurse License and BLS certification are required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily clinic operations and nursing department; staffing, scheduling, supervision and quality oversight.
• Supervise Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Medical Assistants, Phlebotomists, Clinic Schedulers and CNAs as needed.
• Lead onboarding, competency assessments, performance reviews and coaching; address complaints and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with clinic schedulers to ensure timely appointments and lab scheduling.
• Participate in IDT meetings and care coordination for new enrollees.
• Support QA activities, audits and documentation for DHCS and CMS.
