Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a Nursing Supervisor to oversee all aspects of nursing care and supervise clinical support staff. The role ensures day-to-day operations run smoothly, coordinating with multiple disciplines and regulatory agencies.

The ideal candidate has an RN license, at least 2 years in geriatric nursing, and 1 year of leadership experience, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred. BLS certification is required.

Qualifications

• RN license from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 2 years in geriatric nursing preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of supervision/management in healthcare.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin preferred.
• Current BLS certification required per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing and supervise clinical staff.
• Coordinate activities with all disciplines and departments.
• Interact with regulatory agencies as needed.
