Job summary

Innovative Integrated Health, Inc. seeks a Clinic RN Manager in Anaheim, CA to oversee daily operations of the primary care clinic and nursing department. You will supervise staff, ensure efficient patient care, and drive quality improvements in coordination with the Director of Nursing.

This is a full-time, day-shift position requiring leadership and extensive geriatric nursing experience in a compliant, interdisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of primary care clinic daily operations.
• Knowledge of geriatric care needs.
• Ability to supervise and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily clinic operations and nursing department; staffing, scheduling, nursing staff supervision and quality oversight.
• Supervise clinical staff including RNs, LVNs, MAs, CNAs across sites.
• Training new employees, performance assessments, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate medication for IIH PACE including stocking and administration at the center and home delivery.
• Participate in care coordination meetings for new enrollees.
• Assist with quality improvement initiatives and audits.

Education

Accredited Nursing Program

California RN License

BSN preferred

BLS certification

Immunizations up-to-date
