Job summary

Meadows/Rehab at Shannondell is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide direct daily living assistance to residents in a comfortable facility setting. Responsibilities include helping residents with ADLs, grooming, meals, and participating in therapeutic activities as outlined by nursing staff.

The role requires CPR/First Aid certification, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push 200 pounds as needed. Training and FSM coordination provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; 6 months to 1 year related experience or training.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs, baths, grooming, and dressing.
• Take vital signs and record results.
• Escort residents to dining areas and monitor intake.
• Maintain clean, orderly resident rooms and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to call lights promptly and assist as needed.
• Support activities and communicate with nursing staff.
