Meadow Lane Assisted Living & Memory Care is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Med Tech to provide comfort, safety and daily living assistance to residents. The role includes administering medications, monitoring vitals, and supporting activities of daily living while honoring residents' preferences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED is required.
• Must have CPR/First Aid certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office in a Windows environment.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications to residents according to physician orders and document completion.
• Review eMAR each shift to ensure timely administration of medications and treatments.
• Review incoming medication orders for accuracy and update eMAR accordingly.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per service plans.
• Observe and report resident changes to Care Coordinator and Director of Resident Care.
• Participate in training new employees as requested.
