Qualifications

• Must meet health regulations and pass post-offer physician exam if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful interactions with residents.
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary restrictions and preferences are followed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
• Assist with medication reminders and monitor health conditions, reporting changes to medical staff or family.
• Provide transportation or accompany residents to appointments, errands, or activities.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate records of services provided.
• Uphold residents' dignity, privacy, and independence while fostering a warm relationship.
