Job summary

Abode Care Partners is seeking a full‑time Clinical Physician Lead to provide day‑to‑day clinical care for residents in facilities and home‑bound patients under the supervision of the CMO. The role emphasizes ethical decision‑making, collaboration with NP/PA colleagues, and leadership across interprofessional teams.

The successful candidate will have an MD, board‑certified in a relevant field, and a current unrestricted medical license with DEA registration.

Qualifications

• MD degree from an accredited medical school.
• Two or more years of healthcare administrative leadership experience.
• Clinical medical experience of seven years or more preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides high‑quality complex and geriatric care across settings with interprofessional team members.
• Keeps high engagement with facility leadership, NPs/PAs, patients and families.
• Provides collaborating physician duties for multiple NPs/PAs per state parameters.
• Audits up to 10% of practitioner orders and documentation monthly.
• Assists with medical directorships and growth strategies.
