Job summary

Abode Care Partners, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a clinical collaborative physician to provide high quality geriatric and complex care across skilled nursing and home settings under the supervision of the CMO.

The role combines hands-on medical care with administrative leadership responsibilities, including oversight of NPs/PAs, alignment with facility leadership, regulatory audits, and growth development within the market. Board-certified physicians are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of medicine and is a Doctor of Medicine.
• Two or more years of administrative leadership experience in healthcare.
• Clinical medical experience of seven years or more preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality complex and geriatric care across settings for an identified patient panel.
• Engages facility leadership, NPs/PAs, patients, and families to coordinate care.
• Supports nurse practitioners and physician assistants as collaborating physician.
• Audits practitioner orders and documentation monthly per regulatory parameters.
• May assume medical directorships for facilities when needed.
• Identifies growth opportunities in the market/region.
• Participates in frontline/backup call processes to prevent avoidable hospital transfers.
• Focuses on quality outcomes, care path compliance, and cost reduction.
