Job summary

Abode Care Partners is seeking an experienced physician leader to supervise clinical operations under the CMO. You will provide day-to-day medical care for residents across facilities and homebound patients, while modeling ethical, evidence-based practices.

You will collaborate with NPs/PAs, lead clinical teams, and participate in growth initiatives for skilled facilities. Strong leadership and geriatrics experience are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited medical school and is a Doctor of Medicine (MD).
• Two+ years of administrative leadership experience in healthcare.
• Clinical medical experience of seven years or more preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality clinical care for residents and homebound patients across settings.
• Engages facility leadership, NPs/PAs, patients and families.
• Serves as collaborating physician for NPs/PAs to support clinical roles.
