Job summary

Abode Care Partners seeks a physician lead to oversee daily clinical care for residents in facilities and home-bound patients, reporting to the CMO. You will model ethical, evidence-based decision-making while guiding a multi-disciplinary team to drive quality outcomes.

In addition to clinical duties, you will participate in administrative leadership, supervise practitioners, and help identify growth opportunities within the market while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of medicine and is a Doctor of Medicine.
• Two or more years of administrative leadership experience in healthcare.
• Clinical medical experience of seven years or more preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality complex and geriatric care to residents and patients across settings in partnership with NP/PA and interprofessional team.
• Maintains high engagement with facility leadership, patients, families, and staff.
• Provides collaborating physician duties for NP/PA team to support their clinical roles.
