Job summary

Rockville Center is seeking an LPN to join our Skilled Nursing facility, serving geriatric residents in a dynamic team. Must hold an NY LPN license and be able to evaluate and treat with minimal supervision, performing therapeutic activities to enhance resident experience.

Shifts run 7AM-3PM with every other weekend required. Salary is up to $40 per hour, with medical/dental/vision and insurance benefits. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in NY.
• Willing to work alternate weekends.
• Strong patient communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for SNF and Long Term Care residents.
• Administer medications, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and monitor outcomes.
• Educate residents and families.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families, and other health professionals.
• Supervise CNAs.
