Southwest LTC in Oklahoma City seeks a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to provide direct resident care per the interdisciplinary care plan. The role includes assisting residents with grooming, daily living activities, and restorative care, while maintaining a clean, home-like environment and effective communication with licensed staff.

The CNA supports caregivers across shifts, participates in in-services, and documents observations daily.

Qualifications

• Must be in the facility ready to begin assigned duties on time and as scheduled.
• Good interpersonal relationships and teamwork within Nursing Department.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct resident care per care plan.
• Assist residents with grooming and daily living activities.
• Maintain clean, home-like care areas and respectful resident interactions.
• Document observations and care on appropriate records.
• Communicate with licensed staff and other departments as needed.
• Participate in in-services and staff meetings.
