Job summary

Southwest LTC seeks compassionate Certified Nurse Aides to join our Skilled Nursing Facility in Oklahoma. CNAs provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and help promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life for elderly and medically complex residents.

Ideal candidates are patient-focused, reliable, and collaborative, with CNA certification in Oklahoma and prior SNF or long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Oklahoma.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, respiration).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to prevent pressure injuries.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs.
• Provide emotional support and maintain a compassionate environment.
• Follow infection control policies and safety procedures.
