Broken Bow Health and Rehab in Oklahoma seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents' daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and comfort in a calm, compassionate environment. Responsibilities include taking vital signs, communicating residents' concerns to a supervising nurse, recording observations, and assisting with turning, grooming and feeding as needed.

A current Oklahoma CNA license in good standing is required, with one year of geriatric experience

Formación

• Certified Nursing Assistant in Oklahoma with an active license in good standing.
• One (1) year geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, positioning and mobility.
• Taking vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, oxygen saturation).
• Relaying resident concerns to a supervising nurse or physician.
• Recording observations in the patient chart and reporting issues to the supervisor.
• Helping to turn or lift residents and provide basic care tasks like grooming, feeding and exercising.
