Southwest LTC is seeking compassionate Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team in Oklahoma City. CNAs provide direct patient care, assist residents with daily living activities, and promote comfort and dignity for elderly and medically complex residents.

The ideal candidate is patient-focused, reliable, and adheres to infection control policies. Responsibilities include vital signs, transfers, documentation, and collaboration with nursing staff to deliver

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Record vital signs and monitor resident health; report changes to licensed nurse.
• Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning; ensure safety and comfort.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized rooms and common areas.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Adhere to infection control policies and assist with meals, hydration, and nutrition.
