Southwest-Lt in Oklahoma City is seeking compassionate Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing team. CNAs provide direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities to promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

The ideal candidate is patient-focused, reliable, and dedicated to high-quality care for elderly and medically complex residents. Prior SNF or rehab experience is preferred; ability to lift and assist residents is required, with strong communication

Competenze

CNA cert. required in state; experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Patient-centered, compassionate approach to care.

Mansioni

Assist residents with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding.
Take and record vital signs (BP, temp, pulse, respiration).
Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to prevent pressure injuries.
Observe and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse.
Maintain accurate care documentation and records.
Support meals, hydration, and nutritional needs; provide emotional support.
Follow infection control policies and safety procedures; keep areas clean and safe.
Assist nursing staff with other duties as assigned.
