Homewood Retirement Centers is seeking a Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily living activities under licensed supervision. The role emphasizes confidentiality, adherence to policies, and compassionate care.

The position requires lifting up to 30 pounds, standing for long periods, and following care plans developed by the team. English literacy and a genuine desire to work with seniors are essential.

Formación

• Must be listed on the state nursing assistant registry within 120 days of employment.
• Ability to lift and transfer up to 30 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand/walk/bend for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to read and write in English to follow care plans.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain resident confidentiality for all information.
• Follow policies, procedures, and standards.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Provide clean, dry linens and make beds as needed.
• Support proper nutrition by serving meals and assisting feeding.
